This product is made by a manufacturer in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, an area famous for producing kitchenware and cutlery.

The material is highly durable 18-8 stainless steel. With no seams or separate parts, it can be easily cleaned thoroughly, making it hygienic. It is also dishwasher safe.
