Place the vegetables you want to drain inside.
Press as shown in the 5th photo to spin the contents and drain.
To stop by applying the brake, press as shown in the 6th photo.

When draining is complete and you wish to store it, slide the protrusions to the left and right as shown in the 7th photo.
