Richard Cheney / Folding Umbrella / Pair

I received these as a gift and kept them stored away without using them.

I'm listing them because I won't be using them.
They are being sold as a pair of two umbrellas.

I opened both umbrellas to check them.
They are in beautiful condition, but
the navy blue umbrella feels slightly sticky, as if the nylon is tacky.
I don't think it will make your hands sticky.
