Hand-washed for listing.
I believe it is in relatively good condition.
There is one scuff mark, shown in the 3rd photo!
Other than that, there are no noticeable frays or holes,
but please understand that this is a used item ??

Instructions included. No original box, so I will create a custom box of appropriate size
to store it in and ship it boxed ??

This is a cycle house that can store 2 bicycles.
It is ideal for storing your precious bicycle.
It is a complete kit with all parts included. (Please prepare your own assembly tools.)
Easy DIY assembly with plastic joints and pipe base system.
The pipes are Nan-ei Kogyo's proud galvanized pipes, which are rust-resistant and highly durable.
The sheet is SB (Super Brown) tarpaulin, which is highly durable.
The front door is roll-up type, so it doesn't get in the way when putting in or taking out bikes.
Replacement sheets are also available, making replacement easy.
Bicycles can be stored vertically inside the house without using their stands.
Vertical parking keeps the interior tidy, and entry/exit is easy without a stand.
Can be set up to accommodate tire widths from 27 inches (adult) to 18 inches (child).
The wheel width can be finely adjusted, making it suitable for storing bicycles with various tire widths, from adult bikes to children's bikes, road racers, and mountain bikes.
