Fuji Horo's bakeware is made with a meticulous fluoropolymer coating.
Based on years of experience and research, we use whitford's non-stick fluoropolymer coating agent Xylan?, sold in 25 countries worldwide.
With a heat resistance of 250°C, it offers excellent release properties.
- Prevents sticking and allows for easy transfer of baked goods to a plate.
- If food does stick, it can be washed away with hot water or neutral detergent, keeping it clean at all times.
- Resistant to the acids in fruits, essential for baking, and rust-resistant.
● Before first use, wash with dish soap and dry.
● Do not use metal scrubbers, scouring powder, knives, or other hard objects as they will scratch the surface.
● Applying butter or oil before pouring in the batter will further improve release.
● Do not use directly over open flames such as gas stoves or cooktops.
(Please use in an oven)
● After use, wash with hot water or dish soap and a sponge.
