This item was used in a bread-making class before I moved. I purchased it in Kappabashi, but I don't remember which store. I often used stores like Majimaya Kashi Doguten, Yoshida Seika, Asai Shoten, and Okashi no Mori.
I decided to sell it because I can no longer hold bread-making classes after moving.
I have selected Slightly scratched or dirty, but in my opinion, it is clean. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details, as perceptions may vary.
This is a standard and popular 1-loaf pan! It comes with a lid, so if your oven has limited height, you can even make square loaves! It's also great for baking large pound cakes!
It has already been seasoned (pre-baked), so you can use it as is by greasing it and adding your bread dough. This might even be better as it saves you the trouble of seasoning it yourself!
