This is a used item, stored at home by an amateur.

The red grips are easy to hold and non-slip.
The rear wheels are designed not to roll backward.

You can adjust the height of the front and rear wheels using the buttons (photos 8 & 9) to match your height.
While pressing the button, pull the wheel shaft to align it with the holes.
The wheels can also be removed (photos 6 & 7).

To fold, press the left and right buttons on the outside simultaneously (photo 10).
It will fold as shown in photo 11.
