● Product Description: This is a special offer for a new, free-shipping pastry board for cooking and confectionery, manufactured at our own factory in Japan.

The top surface is polished to a brilliant shine. The four corners are rounded (R-cut), and the top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. The shine is achieved through polishing, not coating, so you can use it with confidence.
The underside is fitted with cork sheets at four points to prevent scratches and provide anti-slip properties.

Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and confectionery dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery.

Thanks to this board, it's been a great success as both a bread kneading board and a work surface. The attached photos (images 9 and 10) show me making bread dough and stollen.
