Discounted Echigo Blacksmith Santoku-style Noodle-Cutting Knife 380mm ? Kuro-uchi Yanagiba Knife

A very rare noodle-cutting knife has appeared.
This is a Santoku-type noodle-cutting knife made of Aogami No. 1 steel from the Gihira Cutlery Factory in Echigo.
Overall length 380mm, blade length 250mm.
Each knife is hand-forged, so I believe the sharpness is superb.
However, as it is an older item, there are some minor stains on the handle. They should come off with sandpaper.
