◆ How to Use ◆
(1) The knives move from right to left. While slightly lifting the handle, hold the red knob (return knob) with your other hand and move it to the right edge.
(2) Fold the stretched noodle dough and place it on the cutting board.
(3) Adjust the thickness of the noodles.
(4) Simply raise and lower the knives lightly, and they will automatically feed through.
(5) Once you have cut to the left edge, return to the right edge and continue cutting.
