Description
This is oak wood ash.
10 kilograms.
1 liter of wood ash weighs approximately 600 grams.
How about using it as ash for a tea ceremony hearth?
This oak was grown in Mt. Daisen, Tottori Prefecture.
We also use oak for kindling.
This is 100% oak wood ash.
Oak produces little ash; even when burning firewood in a carrying basket for a whole day, only about 400 grams of ash can be collected.
After sifting, it has been washed with water to remove fine charcoal dust and other impurities.
After washing, the moisture has been removed and the ash has been dried.
