Azabu Tailor Gray Double Coat

This is a coat (color: gray) that was sold as an off-the-rack item at Azabu Tailor. According to the store staff at the time, it was created as a sample, and because the collar had a slightly wavy shape, it was sold as a sale item. (I recall it was a little over 30,000 yen at the time).
I only wore it about 4-5 times after purchase and kept it at home. It turned up during a recent decluttering of my home, and since I won't be wearing it anymore, I've decided to list it for sale.
Although it hasn't been worn many times, it is still a used item, so I would appreciate it if you would purchase it with your understanding.

Regarding the size, here are the actual measurements taken by an amateur:
Width: approx. 58cm (when buttons are fastened)
Length: approx. 94cm
Shoulder width: approx. 52cm
Sleeve length: approx. 63cm
