This is a powder brush from Guerlain's popular Meteorites line, a French luxury brand.
It's a retractable (slide-type) brush that's convenient for carrying and suitable for makeup touch-ups on the go.

It has been stored at home, carefully kept in its black velour-like pouch, unused.
There is a slight dullness on the bottom of the gold handle, but the slide mechanism is smooth, and overall it can be described as in excellent condition. The case shows minor signs of age and use, but there is no significant damage overall and it functions perfectly for storage.
