I purchased it several years ago, but my rabbit was too big and seemed to find it tight, so I never used it and kept it in storage at home.
There is a chewed part on the inside (3rd photo), but otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches. The zipper opens and closes smoothly, there are no tears in the mesh of the small window, and there is no odor. Since it was never used, I believe the condition is clean.
