New Yakusugi Square Tray, Serving Tray, Natural Wood, World's Famous Wood, With Gift Box
46.20 $
Description
Thank you for viewing.
This is a rectangular tray (bon/tray) made from Yakusugi, a rare natural wood from Yakushima, a World Natural Heritage site.
The fine, beautiful annual rings and deep grain unique to Yakusugi are extremely attractive, and this item offers a sense of warmth and luxury that only natural wood can provide.
As logging of Yakusugi is now completely prohibited, this is a highly rare and valuable craft item.
It features cut-in handles on both ends for easy carrying, and is recommended for serving tea to guests or as a decorative tray for Japanese-style rooms or entrances.
Comes with a dedicated gift box.
[Condition]
New and unused.
Due to long-term storage, the gift box may show some signs of storage.
As this is a natural wood product, there will be individual differences in grain and color.
