MCC Live Wire Cable Cutter Insulated Cable Cutter Electrician Hand Tool
The cutter in the image is a tool called bolt cutters. It is used to cut thick bolts, rebar, etc. It has powerful cutting ability and is used at construction sites and factories. It utilizes the principle of leverage to generate great cutting force with little effort. Blades are replaceable (cable cutter replacement blades). For safety, wearing protective gear is recommended during use.

Condition: Used item from old tools
Operation confirmed. As this is a used item, there are minor scratches, dirt, rust, etc. There are two chipped and curved spots on the tip. I have purchased and used it for a long time multiple times. The handles are short (when new, the blade sharpness is good, making it easy to cut). The short handles make it easy to handle. If the thickness is not too much, it can be cut with light force. There might be even lighter ones, so please check the current condition in the photos. For now, although there are some nicks in the blade, copper wire cutting has been confirmed without issue. If it becomes a concern, please replace the blade. Please judge from the images. The grip part has deteriorated and has cracks in some areas. This is not a product like new. Please refrain from bidding if you are concerned. It will be handed over as-is, so please refrain if you are concerned. Maintenance is necessary just in case. We would appreciate your understanding of the above.
It seems the blades are replaceable, so please replace them if you are concerned. Please investigate for details.
