【Big Price Drop ?】Hotei Ware Tea Ceremony Set: Teapot & 6 Teacups - Chinese Tea Set, Hotei-te, Reiro

??? Thank you for looking ???

This is a tea set (1 teapot, 6 teacups) made using traditional Chinese techniques, known as Hotaru-yaki (firefly ware).
The characteristic feature is the delicate openwork pattern (rice-grain-sized holes) around the vessels, which are filled with transparent glaze. When held up to the light, they glow beautifully like fireflies.
The inside bottom of the teapot features a vibrant, large chrysanthemum flower, and the rim is decorated with traditional patterns.
This set is perfect for everyday use, as well as for enjoying Taiwanese tea, Chinese tea, or green tea.
