New JONGKIND Hydroton Large Pebbles 2.0L
A portion of JONGKIND HYDRO Hydroballs (Hydroton).
For those who need a small amount or want to try them out.
They are said to have excellent water retention and breathability, and are safe, sterile, and clean.
I originally purchased these hydroballs from this manufacturer after they were recommended on Pimerry's YouTube channel.
I was excited to buy them, but they arrived in a 40kg bag, so I'm looking for someone who would like to buy them in smaller portions.
For hydroculture pots, I found the Richell Mielno Plus self-watering pot to be easy to use.
Both Pothos and Ivy grow well.
The YouTuber mentioned that nutrients are quite essential, but in my experience of growing them for 1-2 years, I feel they might not be that essential. They grow well with just sunlight and water.
Although hydroballs themselves don't contain nutrients, Pothos, in particular, produced new shoots one after another.
Approximate diameter of grains: 8-16mm
There are variations in the size, shape, and color of the grains.
Please check the photos of actual use.
With large to medium-sized grains, plants can be planted securely without their roots wobbling.
Unused.
*Please wash the hydroballs thoroughly with water before use.
[Features of Hydro (Hydroton)]
● Excellent water retention and breathability, completely sterile and clean!
● Purifies water quality!
No soil needed! Ideal for indoor gardening (foliage plants, etc.).
Watering is only needed once a week to twice a month (depending on the environment and condition!).
Due to their high water retention, overwatering can cause mold. Please be careful. If mold appears, wash with water, and if the mold is severe, boil to sterilize.
A whitish substance may appear on the surface, but this is not mold, but rather a component of the hydro (hydroton), so there is no need to worry.
- Capacity: Negotiable
- Uses: Potting soil base, pumice
Thank you for looking.
