This is a dedicated page for custom cuts and quotes for iron and stainless steel plates. Plate thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 3.2mm.
Maximum size is approximately 500mm x 300mm.
(Example Quote) Size 300mm x 200mm, Thickness 0.8mm, 1 piece: 500 yen + shipping and handling fees.

① About Steel Plate Material
Stainless Steel: SUS304 (not magnetic), SUS430 (magnetic!)
Iron: SPCC (standard iron plate)
SECC (magnetic, of course!)

*Surface treatment for stainless steel is subject to stock availability and consultation.
(2B, mirror finish, hairline, etc. If not specified, we will select.)

② About Plate Thickness
0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm
1.5mm, 1.6mm, 2mm
2.3mm, 3mm, 3.2mm

③ Plate Size
*Maximum approximately 500mm x 300mm.

Even for the smallest items,
the minimum price is 500 yen for the product + shipping and handling fees.

④ Bending is not possible.
Corner radius processing, hole processing, and square hole processing are available.
Thread tapping (M3, M4, M5, M6) is OK!

⑤ As these are offcuts, there may be minor scratches on the back surface, etc.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details.

*Basically, we cannot manufacture on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so we will only provide quotes.
