Usage tips / Operation by grill type
- Double-sided grill
Place the food on the plate and heat it directly in the grill.
- Single-sided grill
Preheat the plate alone for 2-3 minutes, then add the food and grill for a more delicious result. Please flip the food halfway through.
- Microwave and oven safe
Can also be used for reheating in the microwave or for oven dishes.

The unit is extremely hot immediately after cooking. Always use thick oven mitts when removing it, and place it on a trivet when setting it on the table.
Ceramics are susceptible to sudden temperature changes, so avoid pouring cold water on it immediately after use. Also, it cannot be used for deep-frying with oil.
