Bisque Doll 26cm Vintage Item

This is a vintage bisque doll.
It was part of my grandmother's old collection, and I don't know its exact age.
There is an English(?) inscription on the back of the head, but it is faint and unreadable.
It does not show up well in the photos.
It might be a reproduction, but I am not knowledgeable about dolls, so please judge from the images.
It is approximately 26cm, a perfect size that won't be difficult to find a place for.
The doll itself is in good condition, I believe.
The clothing it is wearing is not the original but is hand-knitted.
I believe my grandmother likely made it herself.
Due to age-related deterioration, there are stains and fraying (holes), so please consider them as bonus items.
The rubber tension is normal.
It is not at a level where it needs to be replaced.

It is very cute, so I am a little hesitant to sell it, and may suddenly remove the listing.
