【SONY】Hi-Band Betamovie BMC-600 Tested and Working

This is the BMC-600, a legendary SONY Beta camcorder released in 1985.
It's a high-end model from the Beta Movie series, which made history as the world's first all-in-one home video camera, and features autofocus.

Features:
* Shoots directly using a Beta videocassette inserted into the unit.
* Mechanical and substantial design, typical of SONY from that era.
* Equipped with a bright F1.2 large-aperture zoom lens.

Condition: [Power confirmed]
Power was confirmed on all devices when connected to the DC adapter, and the camera's zoom and autofocus functions operated well.
The strobe light also illuminated brightly.
The battery charger could charge the battery, but the camera would not operate on battery power alone, so there may be an issue with the battery's electrical system.
Also, we do not have Beta tapes, so while the camera's basic functions are confirmed to be working, recording functionality has not been tested.

Accessories: [Hard case, battery pack, AC adapter, etc.]

This is perfect for collectors, parts, or as a display piece for a Showa retro interior. This is a rare vintage item that is hard to find nowadays, so please consider this opportunity.
