Description
Champion Grip Handle Rod
Telescopic Rod
Champion Handle Rod
Features PATENT APPLIED FOR, indicating it's an early model before patent application.
There is a small hole next to the top guide, which is a specific feature of telescopic rods from that era (for water drainage, air release, etc.).
Due to age and use, there are some areas of cork missing. Please check the photos.
It is not in a state where it will crumble apart, so it is ready to be used immediately.
If you are concerned, please consider it with the understanding that you may need to repair it with cork putty or similar.
The rod becomes very compact when collapsed and has a robust construction, making it easy to carry anywhere.
Although I have not personally used it for fishing, it feels torquey when swung and would be good for wooden topwater lures, etc.
Length: Approximately 150cm / Collapsed: Approximately 30cm
*This is a very old rod. Please consider it after checking the photos and understanding the characteristics of vintage rods.
The stand shown in the photos is not included.
Although it can fit in a compact delivery service box,
due to its value as a vintage item, it will be shipped via 60-size courier with protective packaging to prevent damage.
Additional photos can be uploaded to provide accurate details of the product.
If you wish, please feel free to request them in the questions section.
