It is the same shape as a single record jacket. Elvis is printed on the front, and the lyrics and sheet music for Koi no Vacances (Holiday of Love) are printed on the back.
This is a very rare paper item featuring Elvis from the 1958 movie Samayou Seishun (Wandering Youth).
It is extremely valuable as it is not something that can be easily found.
