There are some minor scratches, but no major damage. This is a one-piece rod.
The top guide was deformed. I believe it is still usable. There were slight cracks in the epoxy around the guides.
The cork grip had developed the characteristic pitting, which made it uncomfortable to the touch. I filled the holes, so the grip now feels good.
