The TV has no major scratches and is fully functional. However, there is one issue: the remote control does not work. I tried using a different remote, but it also did not respond. Therefore, it is likely that the infrared receiver on the TV itself is malfunctioning.
I will include the remote control, but please understand that I cannot definitively prove whether the issue is with the remote or the TV. I ask that only those who understand this purchase the item.
Operation using the buttons on the TV itself is not a problem!!
