This is a sho bag carefully crafted from pure silk fukuro obi (a type of Japanese sash).
The pillow is made from the same fabric, giving it a very luxurious feel.

The opening is reinforced with bar tacks to prevent fraying.

The fabric is a golden Nine-Hundred Saga Nishiki with a Makie (lacquer art) pattern of Michinaga Kachou (a traditional Japanese motif featuring flowers, birds, and flowing lines).

This pattern is inspired by Tsugigami, a style popular among Heian period aristocrats, characterized by compositions drawn with curved and broken lines.

This is a masterpiece that combines Japan's unique classical traditional beauty with the skill of artisans, tailored into a bag.
