This was used only once last Christmas when I cosplayed as Santa with friends.

It's off-the-shoulder, and for someone around 160cm tall, the length is about 8-10cm above the knee.
The fabric feels a little thin, but it's not see-through, so I think it's fine for cosplay use for a few hours.
