Description
This is a cover (yutan) for a koto.
Handmade by a koto player. This is a yutan for a 13-string koto, remade from an unused or pre-owned genuine silk obi. It is sewn with an industrial sewing machine.
The ribbon ties are made of [silk, polyester, etc.]. Some may have a seam in the middle, but it will be hidden inside the yutan and will not be a problem.
It is made for kotos approximately 185cm long.
The ties of the yutan are finished so that they can be removed, not sewn on, allowing for washing or replacement if they become dirty.
[As this is a handmade item, there may be some distortion or misalignment.
The color may appear slightly different from the actual product due to lighting and monitor settings.]
