Coleman Tough Screen 2 Room TX/MDX

Purchased in 2023, used 6 times for camping and 2 times for day camping.
Used once for day camping in 2025 and not since. I am selling this item as our family camping trips have decreased due to our children growing up.
Recommended for those who want to start family camping or use it as a large canopy.
Thank you for your consideration.

◆Condition
The item has always been dried indoors in a garage or garden after use, so there is no mold or seam peeling.
The flysheet is clean, but the skirt, being in contact with the ground, will inevitably have some dirt. Other than that, there are some minor sand and grass particles from packing up, but they will come off by shaking after setup as it has been dried.
There is a 7cm tear on a part of the skirt. It tore during packing up after the last use, but it is not very noticeable due to its location.
I confirmed with the shop where it was purchased, and they said it will not affect usage as there is no tension on that part, and it can be easily repaired with a commercially available repair kit.
One of the guy ropes has a fray.
The tensioners will be returned to the genuine ones before shipping.
