Features ESS's flagship DAC chip, the ES9038pro, and the ES9311 power chip designed for ESS DACs.
I believe the sound quality is top-tier.

Regarding Bluetooth connection, there are no issues with smartphones. However, some older PCs had trouble connecting.
It connected without any problems to a ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 8, which I was using until recently.
USB connection is also fine, but I feel the sound is slightly better when using a laptop with less noise than a custom-built PC.
These aspects may vary depending on your setup.
I have not used the optical connection, so I cannot provide an evaluation.

The exterior has no noticeable scratches, but there are some minor scratches and dirt. Please check the photos.
