It's difficult to capture the exact colors in photos, but the jacket and tie are close to the anime and original manga colors. (The tie is a beautiful green with less blue than shown in the photo.)
The synthetic leather gloves have some damage as they were used for other characters. (Please consider them a bonus.)
The belt buckle is realistic. It has embossed star and shield? shapes. The jacket pockets are functional. The pants also have pockets.

About the wig:
The color is a natural blonde with a slightly less yellow tone, resembling a mix between the Hetalia musical and anime versions. It's a realistic color that blends well with makeup and skin tones.
The bangs are cut just above the eyebrows to show England's characteristic eyebrows.
The overall style is set to look fluffy.
The nape of the neck is not left too long, just enough to be visible from the front sides.
The back is cut and styled naturally without large clumps of hair.
The hair around the face is left slightly longer, as in the illustrations, which should help conceal lifting tape, etc.
Please understand that this is a cut and style done by an amateur for hobby purposes.
It is styled with unscented hairspray and wax.
