Name Origin
Asgard is one of the nine worlds in Norse mythology. It means enclosure of the gods and can only be entered via the Bifrost, the fiery rainbow bridge. Here, the ancient gods Vanir and the god of marriage, Odin, live with his wife Frigg in Valhalla Castle. Outside of Asgard lie the giants' home Utgard and the humans' home Midgard.
