Thank you for looking.
National SG-503N
For AC100V, 50Hz regions.
A cute portable record player in red and cream.
Please note that the color of the product images may vary slightly due to the shooting method and monitor characteristics.
Idler wheel has been polished.
Polished to a level comparable to new.
The stylus has been replaced with a new, unused sapphire stylus.
All parts have been cleaned and serviced for this listing. There is no crackling sound from the volume control.
The sound quality is typical of a portable record player, but the rotation speed is stable.
Regarding sound flutter, there were slight unevennesses on the idler wheel. Therefore, the idler wheel's indented parts in contact with the capstan were polished with a router while rotating on a lathe. This has eliminated sound flutter and rattling noises during playback.
The record shown in the image is for testing purposes and is not included.
This player allows for fine-tuning of speed. For this purpose,
a strobe scope as shown in images 3-4 is necessary. A handmade one is included.
