This is a genuine US military surplus US MEDICAL air bed.
You can inflate it by removing the cap, similar to inflating a beach float, making it easy to use for camping and leisure.
Personally, I like the design, so I also recommend it as room decor. As expected from genuine US military equipment, it's durable. The surface isn't a smooth, vinyl-like material, but rather a smooth, nylon-like texture, making it great for a quick nap – the sleeping comfort is superb. It's also very compact when deflated, making it an excellent addition to your disaster preparedness kit.

While I'm unsure if a dedicated pump for this bed exists, I use a standard beach float pump. It's tiring, but you can also inflate it by mouth.
To inflate or deflate, turn the valve to the left to loosen it. Once inflated, turn it to the right to tighten the valve, and it will not leak air even without the cap.
The diameter of the inflation hole is approximately 5mm.
