Upon purchase, the risk of the object of sale shall transfer to the buyer.

The seller may cancel the transaction at any time for reasons attributable to the seller, without the buyer's consent.
Cancellations may be made by the seller without prior notice, regardless of whether the buyer is at fault.
In the event of any dispute arising from this transaction, the buyer's maximum liability for damages, whether for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid amount and shipping costs.
Any fees incurred for restoration to the original condition due to cancellation or similar reasons shall be borne by the buyer.
If pursuing legal action against the seller, the buyer shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and must provide evidence that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The buyer shall bear full responsibility for all issues inherent in transactions between parties, regardless of where responsibility lies.
If any monetary exchange, such as a refund, becomes necessary due to circumstances related to this agreement, all such exchanges shall be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of the seller's culpability.
If, for any reason, the buyer needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller shall choose the shipping method, irrespective of the seller's culpability in the circumstances that led to the need for shipping.
If, for any reason, the buyer needs to ship an item to the seller, and the seller is culpable for the circumstances that led to the need for shipping, the seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled their obligation by paying the buyer the shipping costs only. The seller shall not incur any liability to the buyer for any other shipping-related expenses, such as packing and handling, necessary for the shipment.
