This is a handmade item. I created this float for Kishu fishing with four specific conditions in mind: ① A shape that minimizes air and seawater resistance, ② Sufficient buoyancy for quick surfacing, ③ High sensitivity to bites, making them easy to distinguish, and ④ Affordable and cost-effective. The boundary between the white and red sections represents the water surface, and from this point, the float has a buoyancy of 0.5 gou (5B). The red section is approximately 8cm long. Specifications: Total length 18.5cm, Diameter 8mm, Weight 1.7g, Buoyancy at water surface 0.5 gou (5B). Photo 2 shows a black sea bream caught using a float with these specifications. The entire float is designed with a streamlined shape, minimizing changes in resistance. This allows fish to bite without feeling any discomfort. Since fish movements near the seabed are subtle, I primarily use this type of float. Your name can also be written on the float upon request.
