When powered on, after a few seconds, the unit enters a rapid red flashing state (approximately 0.5-second intervals), indicating Protection (circuit protection) activated. This occurs even after performing a microcomputer initialization and seeing the initialized message. There is discoloration inside that appears to be burn marks (please refer to the photos). This item is being sold as a junk item, intended for repair or parts. We cannot guarantee the possibility of repair.
