New Handmade Squid Rigging Frame, 11cm Plastic Squid, Swing Arm, Rig Winder, Yari Squid, ⑤

This is a set of 2 handmade squid fishing rigs. These are designed for dropper loop rigs.
They can also be used for direct rigs.
They are primarily for 11cm and 14cm jigs, but 18cm jigs will also fit.
They are also good for organizing pufferfish cut-out rigs.

The wood used is cypress, which has good water resistance.
The wood dimensions are 24mm x 12mm rectangular, 30cm in length.
The rods for the rig are made of stainless steel (SUS304) with a diameter of 5mm. Unlike fake rigs that use wooden rods, these rods will not bend even under strong pulling force.
4mm rods would be too thin and have too much flex.
The rods are driven into the wood without using adhesives (this is the key!).
The protrusion of the rods is approximately 120mm for the longer ones.
The rod protrusion is longer than commercially available products, allowing for more attachment points.
Depending on the number of floating jigs or squid jigs you use, you can easily attach 10 or more points, making this a great product for those who want to attach many jigs.

Why other rigs are not ideal:
With softer woods like cedar or unpainted wood, the rods will quickly become loose and wobbly.
Also, iron rods will rust, and aluminum rods are too soft and will bend unless they are quite thick.
You can feel this if you apply a little pressure to products sold at home centers.
