Leash cords, regardless of their appearance or how new they seem, can break easily depending on their storage conditions and usage. Therefore, we conduct a pull strength test before listing and before packing for shipment. However, in rare cases, they may break inside the box upon arrival due to temperature differences during transit. If the leash breaks on the day of arrival or the following day, we will accept returns.
The year of purchase and usage period are unknown for all items. While we are unsure of the management conditions during use, we have washed this leash in fresh water and stored it hanging in a cool, dark place. However, we have not been able to completely remove all metal rust on the swivel parts, nor all sand, hair, or extremely fine debris that may have gotten into the velcro. Please judge the condition of the velcro from the photos before purchasing. All used outdoor sports equipment, other than new items, are listed as Slightly scratched or dirty regardless of their condition. If you are concerned or do not understand this, please purchase a new item.
