Charming collector’s plate from Danbury Mint’s 1990’s collection “Pugs.”  This plate is the “Poppy Love” design by artist Simon Mendez.  Plate is for DECOR ONLY and is NOT to be used for food purposes, as marked on the back of plate.   Limited edition. Numbered on back.
