*To all first-time MBT users: MBT is a completely different footwear from conventional shoes, and it functions as a training device, especially for first-time users. Our bodies have various muscles and physical abilities in a dormant state due to walking on paved roads for many years or performing biased daily movements. When you first wear MBT, you will feel the comfort of walking on soft ground due to its unstable sole design, but at the same time, you may be confused about how to balance due to the training effect causing muscles that are not usually used to fatigue. When using for the first time, please gradually increase the wearing time to get your body accustomed to it.
