Recipes include beverages, appetizers, breads, breakfast dishes, soups, salads, vegetables, meats, poultry, seafood, pasta, cakes, cookies, candies, pies and other desserts.  The sturdy plastic-comb binding allows the pages to lie flat while cooking. Also includes photographs, illustrations and information celebrating the history and food traditions of the Great Plains.  Good preowned condition. The recipes and pages are clean, readable and fully usable. There is a previous-owner gift inscription inside the front cover. A small group of page tips has visible tan staining from past kitchen use; all dried residue was carefully removed. No writing within the recipe pages and no missing or torn pages. Cover has some normal edge and corner wear.
