Unique vintage Victorian-style Christmas ornament crafted around what appears to be a genuine natural spiral seashell. The ornament features two embracing cherubs accented with a decorative miniature “Paris” clock face, iridescent sequins, faux pearls, gold-tone beads and a metallic gold ribbon bow. A long dark green tassel and gold hanging cord complete the ornate design. • Approximately 5.5” long, excluding the tassel and hanging cord • Natural seashell construction • Two cherub figures with wing detail • Decorative nonworking clock face • Beaded, sequined and faux-pearl embellishments • Gold ribbon and dark green tassel • No maker’s mark observed Good vintage pre-owned condition with light age-related wear and some fraying to the ribbon and tassel, as shown.
