Description
vintage hardboard, cork-backed rectangular holiday placemat featuring a variant of the iconic Spode Christmas Tree pattern. While classic Spode and Pimpernel placemats typically showcase the decorated evergreen tree against a crisp ivory or cream background with a solid green border, this specific vintage version features a distinct warm, honey-gold or mustard-toned background. The piece is framed with delicate holly branch leaf clusters rather than the standard thick colored bands, providing a rustic, traditional look. Manufactured with a hard melamine or acrylic top layer and a protective cork base, these sets are designed to be heat-resistant and easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. 3 are perfect 1 has some issues please check pictures
