HEAD Snowboard Boots 18cm

I bought these snowboard boots here two years ago, described as having been used about 4 times.
I used them about 13-15 times before they became too small.

They are a velcro type, so the opening expands wide for easy on and off.

There are no tears on the inside heel area (photos 19, 20), and the straps do not feel like they are about to tear.

However, the outer vinyl-like material is peeling off all over.
I used them with waterproofing spray.

The insole size is 17.5-18.5cm, but the actual measurement from the toe to the heel on the outside is approximately 22cm (listed for reference regarding compatibility with bindings).

If they don't sell, I plan to relist them next season as a 3-piece set with a board, bindings, and boots, so I cannot accommodate price reductions.

I plan to wrap them in a plastic bag and use a paper bag for shipping.
