Vintage Country Calico chicken and duck salt & pepper shakers featuring the iconic white farm animals against a bright blue floral/calico background. These are metal/tin shakers with original side handles and white perforated lids. The pair measures approximately 2.75 tall. The design is associated with the popular J.S.N.Y. Country Calico farmhouse kitchenware line, which included matching canisters, mugs, trays and other accessories. Examples of the Country Calico line are documented as being made in Hong Kong. Both shakers show normal vintage wear including light scratches/scuffs and some discoloration consistent with age. Please examine all photos carefully.
