This is a duffle coat from arCONOMi plus.
The size is S, and the color is navy.
The website states that it is unisex and the sizing is slightly larger. Please check the size chart in the images before purchasing.

Purchased new at the CONOMi store in Harajuku two years ago.
Worn twice, then dry cleaned and stored at home with a cover.

As it is a coat from a uniform specialty store, I think you can wear it comfortably over your uniform.
It has a quilted lining and a removable hood. There are no pills or fuzz, and it is in beautiful condition.
