Vintage L.L.Bean Leather Zip Tote, Distressed Beige, Well-Loved Workhorse

This bag has stories. Soft leather in that perfect buttery beige that only comes from decades of use. The kind of patina you can't fake: oil spots, creased corners, handles molded to the shape of a thousand errands.  I cleaned it thoroughly (Saphir omni-nettoyant inside and out) and reconditioned the leather with macadamia lotion. The handles were grimy; they're better now but still show their age. The corners are worn through to bare leather. Oil spots remain visible on the exterior (tried everything; they're stubborn). The cotton canvas lining is actually in decent shape, and the zip pocket still works smoothly.  This is strictly for the L.L.Bean vintage enthusiast who understands that wear equals character. It's a functional piece with plenty of life left, but it wears its history openly.
