Talbots Black Leather Double Compartment Satchel Jeweled Brooch Shoulder Bag

Absolutely gorgeous Talbots black leather satchel with beautiful construction, buttery-soft leather, and a dramatic jeweled starburst brooch added to the front.  This is such a unique statement bag. The original Talbots design features two separate compartments, one on each side, each with its own turn-lock opening. The construction is beautifully done, with a structured silhouette, antique gold-tone hardware, and a short top handle that allows the bag to be carried by hand or over the forearm.  A removable black faux leather shoulder strap has been added and coordinates very well with the bag. The strap attaches with clips and includes a padded comfort grip similar to a laptop-style shoulder strap. It can easily be removed if you prefer to carry the bag in its original top-handle style.  The front is accented with a large gold-tone rhinestone starburst brooch. The brooch appears to be an added piece rather than original Talbots hardware and is pinned onto the bag, giving it a dramatic, one-of-a-kind look.  The black leather is incredibly soft and supple and the exterior body presents beautifully. Interior includes neutral lining and a zippered pocket.
